What you need to do, when your purchased product has a warantee issue?
Our products have 2 year warranty, which is divided into 2 periods. The first period begins right after purchase, and lasts for 6 months. In this period, every product failure or defect is assumed to be present upon manufacture, and the Seller is obliged to prove the defect or malfunction of the product was caused by the Buyer by non intended purpose or by inproper use of the product.
The second period begins from the seventh month, and during this period the Buyer has to prove the failure or defect of the product was present upon the product's purchase.
There are 2 stages for the Buyer the claim warranty rights.
In the first stage the Buyer can claim product's reparation or product exchange. The Buyer may choose one of the mentioned methods, but without cumulating any additional costs to the Seller. The second stage only applies, when product reparation or product exchange is not possible, or can not be done by the Seller. In the second stage, the Buyer may choose from price reduction or withdrawal from the purchase. Withdrawal can not be chosen upon insignificant failures or defects with no weight.
